Job Description
J.S. Held is seeking an Assistant Managing Director with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and superior work product to clientele. You will be responsible for the overseeing scheduling inspection support and delivery of multiple projects across various disciplines within the insurance claim industry. JS Held is focused on learning and development and is continually looking to attract and retain top talent who are creative selfmotivated and organized.
Job Responsibilities:
- 7 years experience in Construction or Construction Consulting
- Construction Estimating
- Expertise utilizing Aspen software
- Review and analyze Petro/Chemical claim costs
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detailoriented
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering Construction Management or related field
- Experience in the Energy Construction Sector
- Knowledge of developing scope and estimating Pertro/gas construction work
- Project Management experience and ability to organize and evaluate complex project files
- Must have excellent writing skills
- Occasional Travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Litigation support/testimony experience a plus.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $70k $90k. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset experience training location scope of role management responsibility etc.
