Job Type: Fulltime Onsite (This is a presential role in our San Antonio office)
Salary: $19 to $26 per hour
Job Description: We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative. In this role you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems while providing exceptional customer service. You will act as a vital point of contact for clients and customers addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfactory.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update customer data into the database and systems.
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and organize files records and documentation related to customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data accuracy and customer service processes.
- Monitor data entry processes to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualities Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using data entry software MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
