Job Description
Job Duties
- Responsible for the preparation of all culinary product ordered from the kitchen for the various food outlets.
- Assures all food production meets department culinary standards.
- Follows Family Style Service.
- Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations at all times.
- May perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Three years culinary experience in food preparation and production.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Required to perform the Customer Service Standards of the Department
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act & Attendant Regulations as well as company internal controls policies and procedures.
