Commercial Insurance Producer Hybrid in Jacksonville FL
Base Salary Commission

We are a wellestablished growthfocused independent insurance agency in Jacksonville FL committed to delivering exceptional risk management solutions. We are seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Producer to help drive new business develop strong client relationships and provide tailored commercial insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business through networking referrals cold calling and industry outreach
Build and maintain strong longterm client relationships
Understand clients business needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Prepare and present insurance proposals quotes and renewal strategies
Collaborate with account managers and the marketing team for smooth client onboarding and service
Stay informed on market trends underwriting guidelines and carrier appetites
Represent the agency at networking events and community functions
Meet or exceed sales production and client retention goals
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in commercial P&C insurance sales
Active Florida 220 Property & Casualty license required
Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages (GL WC Property Auto Umbrella etc.)
Proven track record of new business development and client acquisition
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Selfstarter with a goaldriven mindset and high level of professionalism
Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g. EPIC AMS360) and rating platforms preferred
