Job Description

Service Coordination Supervisor

Williamsburg Brooklyn NY

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Coordination Supervisor to lead a growing team of Service Coordinators and Team Leads. This position will oversee the teams performance ensure state submission deadlines are met and handle escalated cases. The Supervisor will report directly to the department supervisor and work closely with two compliance representatives. This is a key leadership role with the responsibility of fostering a positive team culture and ensuring consistent growth as the department expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of 6 Team Leads overseeing a total of 15 Service Coordinators (with a monthly increase of 2 additional coordinators).

Ensure all systems and processes are followed to meet state submission deadlines and track all necessary monthly files.

Troubleshoot and assist Team Leads with retention strategies for escalated cases.

Serve as the main point of contact for state representatives concerning patient care or documentation questions.

Lead and conduct weekly meetings with Team Leads to assess performance address challenges and drive improvement.

Promote and maintain a positive team culture encouraging collaboration and open communication across all team members.

Develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure longterm success and job satisfaction.

Monitor the performance of Service Coordinators and provide feedback and coaching as needed to ensure highquality service delivery.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Ability to manage motivate and develop a growing team of Service Coordinators and Team Leads.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Strong problemsolving abilities especially in troubleshooting escalated cases.

A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
