Job Description
Overview
At St. Lukes our dedicated team of Behavioral Health and Case Management professionals strive to build a positive supportive and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.
What You Can Expect:
Accountable for ensuring effective patient throughput and efficiency in processes related to providing patients with the right care at the right time.
Provides leadership direction and guidance to designated department(s) and programs;
Oversees operations and identifies key barriers/core problems requiring the application of problemsolving skills in order to deal with complex situations.
This position will have oversight of case management and care continuum in our Meridian Nampa and Fruitland population health areas.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Preferred degreein Health Services Business Administration Public Health Nursing Social Work or related field.
- Experience: 10 years relevant experience
- Experience in clinical and managerial roles in a multifaceted health care system and/or multiservice provider setting
