- Determining and implementing Talent & Culture strategies and targets
- Managing all Talnet & Culture processes within the hotel
- Coordinating T&C activities such as recruitment training performance management and employee relations
- Developing strategies to increase employee satisfaction and engagement
- Implementing and monitoring occupational health and safety policies
- Organizing employee training and development programs
- Preparing T&C reports and presenting them to upper management
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Indepth knowledge of human resources management and processes
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- English proficiency
- Teamoriented solutionfocused and strong interpersonal skills.
- Graduated from the relevant department of the university
