The Revenue and Commercial Operations area evolved over the last few years. The function has been instrumental in shaping our current sales mindset discipline approach and has led numerous sales process improvements with the ultimate objective of supporting the organization to achieve their ambitious goals in Europe.  Recently the function has become leaner more agile and efficient with a focus on automation and selfservice tools and were revamping our team structure and objectives which includes the creation of a new European Deal Value Propositions Team. The new team has a refreshed core purpose impactful goals and a new organizational structure.

Whats it all about

The Deal Value Propositions Team will consist of a team responsible for defining the deal narrative and win themes and two resources dedicated to developing storyboards graphic design and collateral production. There will be one Senior Manager and one Manager both reporting to the Senior Director leading the team. Together they will be responsible for creating visually engaging stories including architecting the endtoend narrative in a tailored and clientcustomised manner. The Graphics Design and Development Manager will work on key deals in Europe and support the development of the Centre of Excellence with a library of highquality materials and pitches. This role is part of the European Deal Value Propositions Team within the Revenue and Commercial Operations (RCO) function.

This role is primarily accountable for:

Producing worldclass clientcentric and engaging deal responses through indepth knowledge of the Client organisation (including branding and corporate voice) with a particular focus on midsize deals

Working with the Value Proposition team to bring to life the endtoend crossfunctional response from Visa Europe in a concise compelling way through Visual Storytelling

Leveraging existing materials and approach from other regions to bring the best and latest approach to Visa Europe and to created scalable library of materials for the sales teams

What we expect of you day to day.

• Work with the Deal Value Proposition team to understand the win themes and solutions being put forward on specific client pitches
• Defining the approach for deal responses from a Design perspective including digital physical and experiential client engagement strategies
• Develop visual storytelling through the production of worldclass clientcentric materials that demonstrate Visas thought leadership and understanding of each client.
• Craft use and tailor impactful reusable deal and pitch materials for semicustom (lowmedium touch) engagements
• Build enhance and refresh Grab & Go clientready legally approved pitch and/or product and services sales content housed on our Online Repository (Deal Hub)
• Drive adoption and awareness of the Deal Hub and content
• Researching each client to ensure hyper customized materials that are in line with the organizations branding and corporate tone
• Engaging with agencies and defining requirements where work cannot be completed inhouse (e.g. specific graphic design/video requirements)
• Lead the efforts to build the library of best practices and bestinclass templates
• Keep abreast of global innovation and design trends through close connection to the Global Product Design team

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications :

What were after...

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Experience in graphic design UI/UX design
• Experience of visual storytelling in a complex environment shaping end to end with limited direction
• Proficiency in Figma to ideate design and prototype CX flows 
• Must be proficient in Adobe CC Master Suite: Illustrator Photoshop and XD
• Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects desirable
• Animation and video production experience
• Advanced MS Office experience particularly Power Point
• Knowledge of Visa Products and Solutions (or broader Payments industry knowledge) desirable
• Commercial acumen (previous experience working on deals/RFPs) is desirable
• Cool and calm under pressure with a high level of resilience comfortable working in environments with high levels of ambiguity with high integrity and EQ and an authentic and inclusive style that brings gravitas and symbolizes the Visa leadership principles
• Deeply experienced in establishing and growing hightrust and highperformance relationships and team environments
• Tremendous oral and written communication skills able to craft compelling communications in short time frames with editorial prowess
• Highly organized structured and resourceful bringing clarity focus and energy to initiative execution. Subject matter and solution orientated with a pragmatic can do approach with experience of delivering through others. Exceptional facilitation skills (written and oral)
