Job Description

  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone email and online booking platforms
  • Manage all group bookings and keep track of payments and rooming list
  • Manage the group accounts
  • Process and confirm guest reservations accurately and efficiently
  • Provide detailed information about room types rates and available amenities
  • Assist guests with special requests and accommodate their needs when possible
  • Update and maintain the reservation system to ensure accurate room availability
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Resolve bookingrelated issues and customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Generate reports on occupancy rates and reservation trends as needed
  • Upsell room upgrades and additional services when appropriate
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of property features local attractions and ongoing promotions

Qualifications :

Strong communication skills English

Good knowledge of Microsoft office including MS Excel

Good knowledge of Opera PMS

Be a team player and able to manage workload

Be flexible to work in other departments if required
