Director of Digital Marketing
Sparks is searching for a confident visionary Director of Digital Marketing to join our growing team of exceptional marketers. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned digital strategist to lead the charge on highimpact multichannel campaigns across SEO paid media social influencer partnerships and more.
Youll be at the forefront of shaping digital strategy not just for our clients but for the agency itself bringing bold ideas to the table elevating performance and ensuring Sparks continues to deliver digital work that turns heads and drives real business results.
As Director of Digital Marketing youll lead the strategic direction development and performance of Sparks digital department. Your role will be equal parts strategist team leader and clientfacing expert able to confidently craft and present endtoend digital plans that integrate paid organic social and influencer programs into cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Youll collaborate across departments support new business growth and work directly with senior clients to drive digital success at scale. This role demands deep channel expertise sharp strategic thinking and the presentation confidence of a senior leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing Communications Business or equivalent in work experience.
- 7 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Expertise in SEO SEM social media marketing content marketing email marketing and analytics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager TikTok Business Manager Klayvio and similar.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multichannel campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience building and mentoring highperforming teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience building client relationships at an executive level.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to collaborate with the Growth team on new business initiatives identifying new ways to sell digital media to prospective clients
- Experience attending new business meetings to provide digital marketing expertise and direction project scope strategy development and final quote signoff
- Ability to research and discover new opportunities with various vendors fostering a close relationship and representing the Arcane brand in a positive manner
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Lead and refine the agencys digital marketing vision staying ahead of trends and technologies to ensure innovative approaches.
- Manage mentor and inspire a team of digital marketing specialists managers and analysts to achieve their professional goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration creativity and accountability within the digital marketing team.
- Oversee the planning execution and performance of all digital marketing initiatives including SEO PPC social media content marketing email campaigns and web development projects.
- Ensure all campaigns meet client objectives timelines and KPIs while delivering exceptional ROI.
- Serve as the primary digital marketing advisor for highprofile clients providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Present campaign strategies performance reports and future opportunities to key stakeholders and clients.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics identify trends and implement datadriven optimizations.
- Provide leadership with regular reporting on campaign performance and departmental achievements.
- Oversee the allocation of budgets across campaigns to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Track and manage department expenses while ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to drive efficiency scalability and effectiveness in campaign execution.
- Integrate new tools and technologies that enhance the agencys digital capabilities.
