- Prepare and cook breakfast with consistency and care providing full buffet breakfast for up to 140 guests per day
- Interact with guests ensuring excellent customer service and memorable dining experiences
- Food preparation for breakfast and function services
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cooking techniques
- Keep the kitchen clean organised and fully stocked
- Manage prep stock rotation and receiving deliveries
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Foster a positive work environment focused on continuous learning and quality improvement
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with frontofhouse staff
Qualifications :
- You must have full Australian working rights sponsorship is not available
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef hotel experience would be an advantage
- Available to work a rotating roster Monday to Sunday
- Expect to work around 30 hours per week with starting time from 5:30am
- Ability to work independently and handle service solo when required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to hygiene safety standards and food handling regulations
