Job Description
ROE Dental Laboratory a fullservice industryleading dental lab located in Independence Ohio is seeking a dependable and experienced Denture Technician with demonstrated expertise in flexible partials. This individual will join our removable department and contribute to the highquality standards our clients expect. Candidates should possess a strong working knowledge of removable prosthetics especially flexible partials such as Valplast or similar materials.
- Fabricate and finish complete and partial dentures including flexible partials.
- Work with various materials including thermoplastics acrylics and metals.
- Interpret prescriptions work authorizations and case documentation.
- Set teeth contour and finish cases to meet functional and esthetic requirements.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain clean organized workspaces in compliance with lab protocols and safety standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in removable prosthetics with a focus on flexible partials.
- Strong knowledge of removable dental prosthetic workflows and materials.
- Experience with injection molding or processing systems for thermoplastic/flexible partials.
- Excellent manual dexterity attention to detail and understanding of dental anatomy.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet daily production deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital dentures or CAD/CAM removable design workflows.
- CDT certification in removable prosthetics is a plus.
