Job Description
Job Duties
- Responsible for the service of snacks and drinks to guests inside the theatre.
- Maintains cleanliness and order of the concession stand and back area.
- Responsible for maintenance and distribution of the IMAX 3D glasses.
- Records sales receives payments and maintains proper level of stock.
- Follows local and state health regulations and maintains general cleanliness.
- Promotes a high level of guest relations.
- Understands the major aspects of the IMAX projection system and the IMAX story in order to answer guests questions and refers difficult questions to management.
- Follows emergency procedures and assists guests in emergency situations.
- Provides Family Style Service at all times.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to speak clearly.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations as well as company internal controls policies and procedures.
