Position Overview
As a Utility Worker you play a vital behindthescenes role in our Food & Beverage operation. Youll help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen support dishwashing and sanitation and assist with basic kitchen prep and deliveries. Your efforts directly contribute to a safe efficient and guestready environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes utensils pots pans and kitchen equipment using industrial dish machines and manual methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors walls trash areas and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of all kitchen items and clean equipment.
- Empty trash and recycling and replace liners in a timely manner.
- Assist with unloading and organizing food and supply deliveries.
- Support cooks and chefs with basic prep and kitchen maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety sanitation and hygiene procedures in accordance with brand and health department standards.
- Communicate supply needs equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills
- No previous experience required we will train you!
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced hot and physically demanding environment.
- Must be able to stand walk and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Reliable punctual and team oriented.
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays.
