Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated MultiSite Finance Manager to join our team as a strategic partner across multiple manufacturing locations. This role is a key member of each sites leadership team and is responsible for delivering financial analysis insights and control support that drive operational performance. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Finance the Finance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting maintaining SOX compliance supporting strategic and continuous improvement initiatives and driving cost transformation efforts. This position is instrumental in budgeting forecasting and partnering with plant leadership to ensure alignment with the Companys broader financial and operational goals.

Youll add value to this role by performing various functions including but not limited to:

  • Partner with the Plant Manager to develop accurate financial plans and forecasts that reflect transformational cost initiatives.
  • Serve as an active member of the plant leadership team.
  • Lead the monthend quarterly and annual close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain a forecast accuracy rate of at least 95%.
  • Champion financial aspects of key initiatives such as Master Planning Loss Analysis and TMOS implementations.
  • Provide financial insights and track progress on timelines savings and key decisions.
  • Aligning with department leads to budget expectations and guide prioritization of spending in response to volume changes.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the Plant Manager to evaluate and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Educate plant teams on cost avoidance versus sustainable yearoveryear savings.
  • Actively participate in plant activities such as GEMBA walks and 5S initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop and prioritize capital projects supporting longterm strategies.
  • Support improvements to financial processes and policies in alignment with TreeHouse initiatives.

Important Details:

  • This is a fulltime firstshift remote position. The preferred candidate will be based in Central PA Buffalo NY or Oak Brook IL and must be willing to travel up to 25% to site locations.
  • The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $12500 to $187400 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to specific competencies relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award bonus and equity pay.

Youll fit right in if you have:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Six to eight years of progressive experience in financial analysis planning and reporting is required.
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management financial systems and accounting principles.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Strong critical thinking analytical and problemsolving skills; able to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Skilled in project management and process improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with SAP BPC or BI tools is a plus.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and lead within a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication leadership and presentation skills.
  • 25% Travel is required.
