Job Description
Duties
- Analyze required bid documents blueprints and project specifications to gain a thorough understanding of the project
- Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors Clients Subcontractors and contractors
- Prepare material estimates Labor estimates and cost estimates for the product or service
Requirements
- 57 years of Commercial Construction Estimating experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore estimating software or similar software is required
- Ability to research historical project data to produce a budget for clients
Details
- $70k $90k a year

- Normal Working Hours Additional Working Hours and travel as needed. This is a fulltime position working 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m. MondayFriday
