Hospice RN Branch Administrator
(Hospice Leadership & Management)
Location: Jackson MS Department: Operations

As a Hospice RN Branch Administrator at Legacy Hospice youll be responsible for the overall direction of hospice services including operational planning budgeting staff development and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and monitor monthly quarterly and yearly operational planning and budgeting.
- Audit organizational compliance with legal regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Conduct staff development education and coordination between departments.
- Monitor service utilization to ensure delivery of comprehensive care.
Key Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State.
- A bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited program by the National League for Nursing is preferred. Masters degree in hospice preferred.
- 3 years of management experience in a hospice or related healthcare organization.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
