About ACAPS
Context
The ongoing conflict is resulting in significant humanitarian needs particularly in the parts of the country which continue to suffer from regular airstrikes and shelling. The impact of the crisis is being felt on multiple levels with the subsequent economic crisis further compounding existing needs and negatively impacting the living conditions of the population. There is a gap in understanding the severity of needs and scope of the humanitarian crisis at a more granular level.
Ukraine Analysis Hub
ACAPS Ukraine Analysis Hub provides impartial independent timely and highquality analytical products which strengthen the evidence base for decision making and response programming among humanitarian stakeholders related to the crisis in Ukraine.
Purpose of the position
Contribute to ACAPS timely analysis of humanitarian crises thus enabling crisis responders to make better informed decisions. This is an entrylevel position for people interested in a career in the humanitarian sector and who are specifically interested in qualitative and quantitative analysis data collection and in promoting evidencebased decision making. The data collectors will support the ACAPS Ukraine Analysis Hub and its work by participating in secondary data review and data collection.

In ACAPS we provide an office space for team members to gather share ideas and get to know one another. We find that these unscheduled moments of interaction help foster a great culture and allow for more moments of collaborative inspiration. Many of us also work from home or other out of the office locations splitting our time between home office and ACAPS office. We feel going to the office should be something you want to do not have to do.
