How do you excel in this position
As a Senior Software Developer you will play a pivotal role in our software development team reporting directly to the Director of Software Development. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing maintaining and troubleshooting our companys software to ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally your responsibilities will include developing new software solutions and applications ensuring the robustness of technical architecture and actively contributing to team management and performance. This role extends beyond individual contributions as you will also act as a mentor to junior software developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and productivity improvement.
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant experience in a matching field.
- 5 years of industry experience in objectoriented design and software construction specifically with Go Java or C#.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in web development with a strong command of JavaScript CSS and HTML.
- Minimum 3 years of handson experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes including managing productiongrade clusters and container orchestration workflows.
- Demonstrate a high engagement level and ability to effectively manage multifaceted projects concurrently with regular daytoday activities.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership capabilities coupled with advanced problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in objectoriented design principles and design patterns is a must.
- Ability to articulate technical challenges clearly and provide effective solutions to complex problems.
- Previous experience in the design and implementation of large scale high performance and high availability systems.
- Have a minimum of 5 years with unit testing and continuous integration methodologies.
- Experience with both relational and nonrelational database design and administration.
- Proven ability to organize selfmanage priorities and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Passion for learning an innovationdriven mindset and a commitment to mentoring junior developers.
