This is a hybrid position of a traditional sciencebased and project/research coordinator. Specifically the staff is responsible for providing daytoday support for various lab and communitybased research studies and activities. This position works closely with the principal investigator to perform responsibilities such as managing and supporting several ongoing lab and community research studies at various stages performing administrative duties overseeing lab and project meetings as well as contributing to and developing a positive lab culture. The staff member will supervise the Health Equity and Technology coop student acting as their first point of contact and providing ongoing guidance and support. Communityengaged research is central to this role with the staff expected to regularly attend community events and help build meaningful partnerships with local organizations. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience prior to enrolling in a graduate program and has a vested interest in health equity focused research working with adolescents young adults and their families and communitybased research.
Qualifications
Previous research experience related to equity adolescents families or communitybased research. Previous experience conducting quantitative qualitative and labbased research. Familiarity with frequently used software including SPSS Qualtrics Dropbox Zoom Microsoft suite and Google Workspace. Familiarity with saliva collection and management of samples. High attention to detail strong interpersonal and organizational skills ability to work with diverse groups of people and be helpful respectful approachable and team oriented ability to build strong working relationships and a positive work environment and the ability to multitask and work collaboratively with others. Appropriate bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 2 years of experience of research/practice in psychology. One or more years of management experience.

$52820.00 $74607.50With the pay range(s) shown above the starting salary will depend on several factors which may include your education experience location knowledge and expertise and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarlysituated employees already in the role.
