Responsible for growth of gas engine OEM sales through Central Distributors. This position will work successfully with Rehlkos gas engine distributors.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Identify develop and implement Gas OEM Distribution strategy to maximize sales volume and profitability in accordance with financial plan and Rehlko brand strategies.
  • Thoroughly understand and heavily influence the buying motives of all customer personnel involved in the selection of engines.
  • Measure distributors and hold accountable to results required. Review and refine territory coverage.
  • Based on customers identified needs be extremely effective in aligning products and services to negotiate the best agreement.
  • Effectively customize/prepare and present a wellorganized message to support products and services that align with the customer needs and actively seek the customers thoughts and ideas to effectively facilitate interaction with key stakeholders.
  • Effectively build trust with customer sourcing team engineering team marketing team sales team service team and customer executive management. Leverage trust to learn of customer NPD programs and win new Rehlko engine applications.
  • Initiate and customize connections and processes to improve Central Distributor personnel engagement and understanding of Rehlko product processes and people
  • Proactively collect and gather critical customer data needed from multiple sources to identify and propose options or solutions for strategic planning and decision making. (I.E. cost benefit risk and timing)
  • Proactively seek and create opportunities to build customer relationships by actively asking for customers perspective and collaboratively focus on the goals of the organization to create the best customer solution.
  • Excel at individual and group communication with internal and external sources. Extremely effective at engaging others and has a strong ability to adjust different communications style to address the needs of the audience. Actively seeks input and checks for understanding.
  • Relentlessly and aggressively pursues goals and considers adjusting them to overcome barriers of changing circumstances and customer needs.
  • Excels at creating and facilitating the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace; leads and supports others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business management orequivalentexperience preferred
  • 37 years of proven success in a sales role with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Willingness and ability to travel 3050% Demonstrated experience collaborating crossfunctionally with Marketing Production and Service teams to drive business outcomes
  • Experience working with distribution channels is highly desirable


The Salary range for this position is $88000.00$ specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work location.
