Job Description
Seeking a compassionate patientcentric Pharmacist to manage and grow retail pharmacy in Easton PA. This position offers great work/life balance with a weekdays 85 schedule and no nights weekends or holidays.
As the pharmacy manager you will be responsible for engaging with clinic providers and their clinical staff providing drug related education acting as a member of the patient care team and attendance of clinical meetings.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide support and education to patients on their medications
- Management of staff pharmacist and technicians
- Motivate inspire and develop the pharmacy staff by maximizing colleagues strengths and weaknesses. Address knowledge gaps by increasing knowledge through education and training.
- Pharmacy operational management and oversight including patient safety regulatory QA inventory management and overall profitability.
- Exceptional patient service skills.
Position requires pharmacist license for the state of PA and at least three years of retail pharmacy experience.
