The Opportunity That Awaits You:

This position is responsible for selling the Aquabeam Robotic System to greenfield and existing hospitals in the defined territory and establishing Aquablation as the treatment of choice for men suffering from is a businesscritical role and as such requires a highly motivated individual focused on executing activities and exceeding sales targets. The individual will need to demonstrate the ability to build a team of advocates within each hospital strong solution selling skills and enough tenacity to ensure sales objectives are met on a consistent basis. They will need to balance between tactical implementation of programs strategic decision making and work effectively with all external stakeholders including clinicians and administration as well as PROCEPTs internal functional area.

What Your DaytoDay Will Involve:

    • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area
    • Work with the sales manager to develop a plan that outlines sales objectives tailored to the local market
    • Manage the complex sales process of the Aquabeam System into new and existing hospitals
    • Build clinical and administrative support through technical presentations executive meetings and marketing events
    • Build support from surgeons and administration for Aquablation therapy
    • Identify key institutions generate market awareness and drive sales of the Aquabeam System within an assigned sales territory
    • Effectively manage transition of initial sale and installation to the Aquablation sales team to drive procedural volume and growth
    • Develop initial contact with CEO and senior hospital administrators
    • Partner closely with Sales Management and the Marketing team to identify and prioritize customers for higherlevel corporate relationships
    • Provide support in the resolution of product complaints and/or safety issues
    • Proactively support organizational goals and objectives policies and procedures and FDA regulations including strict compliance with AquaBeams Customer Relationship and the Sunshine Act policies
    • Establish and maintain credentials to enter and work in hospitals and other medical facilities as required by facility requirements
    • Maintain trained status for and comply with all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
    • Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies
    • Consistently creates a positive environment for customers & colleagues to include the entire PROCEPT team.

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:

    • To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.     • Bachelors degree from accredited reputable institution
    • A minimum of eight years of experience in medical and capital sales within the Operating Room
    • Startup company experience selling disruptive surgical technology
    • Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic area
    • Leadership skills as demonstrated through past professional performance involvement in sports professional clubs or associations
    • Ability to travel upwards to 75%

For this role the anticipated base pay is $120000 a year.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
You will occasionally be exposed to engineering labs a machine shop and manufacturing clean rooms. The environment is subject to moderate noise from machinery (IE machine shop equipment the PROCEPT Aquablation unit computer equipment printers etc.) for which proper hearing protection may be assigned and worn.
You may be exposed to hazards including electrical sparking water and chemicals for which proper protective equipment will be assigned and worn.
You will occasionally/frequently be exposed to clinical operating rooms for which proper personal protection equipment will be assigned and worn.
While performing the duties of this job you are regularly working in a warehouse environment.
You will be expected to maintain trained status for and comply with all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.
You will have to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies
PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
PROCEPT is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for noncommissionable roles or ontarget earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to jobrelated skills depth of experience relevant certifications and training and specific work location. Based on the factors above PROCEPT utilities the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus equity and the benefits listed above.
