The role
As a Senior Processing Officer youll be at the heart of financial operations ensuring transactions related to accounts payable receivable travel and expenses run smoothly and efficiently. Beyond processing youll provide key support to team leaders helping monitor workloads address service requests promptly and guide Processing Officers to build their skills and prioritise effectively. Your role extends to refining processes improving documentation and assisting with ERP system upgrades to drive best practices across the board.
Youll navigate the challenges of maintaining compliance with departmental policies while continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and controls. Confidentiality is paramount and youll be relied upon to handle sensitive financial matters with discretion. Through clear communication with staff management and clients youll ensure financial processes remain transparent and userfriendly making a tangible impact on the organisations operations.

What you will bring to the role
