Job Description
As a transformational digital product leader you will lead our Content Management Platform Services within Global Banking navigating the intersection of product innovation enterprise architecture regulatory compliance and AIenabled content intelligence. You possess deep crossfunctional fluency in modern content platforms mastery in integrating Marketing and Sales Enablement ecosystems and operational excellence to drive a global multitenant content strategy across business lines and channels. You will architect a modular metadatadriven content supply chain optimized for reuse performance and governance while orchestrating search discovery and personalization at scale using nextgeneration AI technologies. This platformcentric role requires your vision engineeringlevel understanding and deep B2B context to enable enterprise product leadership.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic & Platform Leadership- Architect and own theenterprisewide content management product strategy encompassing CMS DAM content delivery APIs search layers and governance frameworks.
- Develop and socialize aglobal content supply chain operating model integrating upstream planning and downstream channel orchestration and complianceled archival/reporting.
- Lead a multiyear transformation agenda integrating Adobe Experience Manager (or equivalent) headless personalization engines DAMs metadata registries knowledge graphs and advanced orchestration services.
- Envision and deliverAIaugmented content findability and reuse solutions incorporating semantic search NLPdriven tagging generative content briefing and automated policy compliance checks.
- Define and execute anintegration blueprintthat connects disparate ecosystems including Adobe Experience Cloud Salesforce (Marketing Cloud CRM and Enablement tools) Seismic and consent management platforms.
- Rationalize and consolidate platform capabilities across internal silos to enable fullfunnel visibility and traceability of content performance.
- Implement enterprise content taxonomies content quality scorecards and traceability logs to comply with global regulatory and audit requirements.
- Establish governance frameworks for templated vs. custommade content automated expiration workflows legal holds and audit trail requirements across business.
- Lead crossfunctional compliance legal and security reviews to ensure platformlevel policy adherence and integration with enterprise risk systems.
- Enable omnichannel content targeting and personalization at scale through robust segmentation logic offer catalogs experimentation tools and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with UX design accessibility teams and performance engineering to ensure highly performant WCAGcompliant experiences across all devices and client segments.
Required Qualifications Capabilites and Skills
- 8 years of experience inenterprise digital product management with deep specialization incontent platform architecture MarTech ecosystems and complianceheavy industries.
- Demonstrated leadership of global federated content platforms serving bothexternal clients and internal stakeholders acrossmultibrand multiregion multilanguageenvironments.
- Expertlevel understanding ofmetadata modelingmodular content designheadless CMS architecture andgovernancedriven workflows.
- Handson experience withadvanced AI/ML search and recommendation systems(e.g. Elasticsearch).
- Proven experience leading complex platform migrations multisystem orchestration (iPaaS APIs eventdriven architectures) and Agileatscale delivery models.
