Mullens Markings is a fullservice line striping and pavement marking company providing high quality highways roadways and parking lot striping services. As a Fleet Management Admin you will be responsible for record keeping inventory tracking and receiving parts and assisting the companys Fleet Manager playing a key role in the daytoday operation of our team.

The Fleet Management Admin is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring that all part and fleet supplies are properly stored tracked and documented. This position requires attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties.
  • Verify incoming parts and supplies for identification count and condition against packing slips.
  • Report discrepancies and damages to delivery Fleet Manager upon discovery for resolution.
  • Mark special order parts with proper vehicle numbers.
  • Input receivers for Purchase Orders.
  • Conducts physical monthly inventory counts and reconciles results with parts inventory records.
  • Report unused shop supplies and parts monthly to Fleet Manager.
  • Ensure invoices for supplies match negotiated pricing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Qualifications

  • 1 years of experience working in automotive Inventory/Warehouse.
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Development (G.E.D) required
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred.
  • Proficient in mathematics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and related Microsoft Office products.
