Be part of the worlds most prestigious poker event! Were looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals to deliver unforgettable experiences to our players and guests. Whether youre guiding players managing data or assisting with payouts every role contributes to the excitement of the World Series of Poker.
Position Details:
- Pay: $17/hour plus pooled tokes
- Type: Temporary seasonal positions (May 23 2025 July 16 2025)
- Schedule:8hour shifts (day evening overnight weekends overtime as needed)
- Training: Paid inperson training provided before the event
- Application Deadline: April 30 2025 (no exceptions)
Available Roles: We are hiring for various clerk positions. Assignments will be based on availability and skills.
Live Action Clerk Roles:
- Tournament Runner: Guide players to designated areas and ensure smooth transitions between games.
- Chip Runner: Facilitate live cash games by assisting players with chip transactions.
- Board Operator: Manage mustmove lists for multiple games using the Bravo system.
- Time Clerk: Verify accurate rake collection for all time games.
- Late Registration Clerk: Assist players with checkin seating assignments and chip distribution (requires chiphandling experience and familiarity with handling electronic devices).
WSOP Clerk Roles:
- Payout Clerk: Accurately process player payouts using Bravo and CMS systems.
- Verification Clerk: Confirm online registrations and assist players with tickets.
- PrePay Clerk: Handle highvolume data entry efficiently.
Administrative Roles:
- Office Assistant: Support administrative duties with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Provide excellent customer service during highvolume call periods.
- Payroll Clerk: Perform highvolume data entry accurately; 10key experience preferred. Familiarity with UKG or similar payroll system.
General Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Obtain a Nevada Gaming License before employment (employer will provide guidance)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly professional attitude
- High attention to detail in a fastpaced highvolume environment
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift including moving between casino locations (applies to most roles)
- Desk positions (e.g. payroll payout clerks) require focused detailoriented individuals proficient in computer systems
- While training is provided candidates must have a basic understanding of computers programs and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to remain composed and patient while assisting difficult guests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must read write speak and understand English
- High energy and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Additional Information:
- Start Date: May 23 2025 (no late starts will be accommodated)
- End Date: July 16 2025
- Work Location: In person at the WSOP event venue Paris and Horseshoe Las Vegas
