Heritage NSW works with communities to protect celebrate and manage our incredible heritage across the state. About you
The successful applicant will have extensive experience in managing grant programs from design and development to implementation and governance. You must exhibit strong communication skills capable of translating complex information clearly and concisely for diverse audiences. You should be confident in liaising with various stakeholder groups and committed to delivering highquality outcomes and excellent customer service. You will be required to build strong relationships across government agencies and with key external stakeholders bringing a collaborative approach to information sharing proactive planning and effective project development. Moreover you should demonstrate a commitment to embracing innovation continuous improvement and best practices in all aspects of your work.
About the role
As the Senior Grants Officer you will play a key role in the development and implementation and delivery of various heritage grant initiatives programs and projects. You will manage the biannual grants cycle including applications assessments and the administration of the Heritage Grants program. You will also contribute to the strategic framework ensuring alignment with heritage objectives and maintain high standards of probity governance and risk management.

DCCEEW conserves and protects the states natural environment. It manages the NSW national park estate including its rich and diverse biodiversity and Aboriginal cultural heritage for future generations.
DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.
