Remote (USA Based) Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software packages based on client requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing of software packages and document results.
- Provide troubleshooting and guidance to global customers via email and video calls.
- Address customerspecific software and OSrelated concerns.
- Maintain precise documentation within ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Freshdesk.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage escalations and tackle crossfunctional challenges.
- Independently handle workload and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Enhance packaging standards security protocols and internal tools.
- Participate in continuous learning initiatives and share best practices with the team.
Requirements :
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software packaging or application deployment.
- Proficiency in tools like Orca MSI ODT Admin Studio Wise Script and PowerShell App Deploy Toolkit.
- Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell AutoIt Visual Basic or Batch.
- Deep knowledge of Windows OS Active Directory and endpoint configuration.
- Familiarity with deployment and endpoint management tools (e.g. SCCM Intune Endpoint Central Azure Ivanti).
- Experience with OSD processes drivers and task sequences.
- Understanding of thirdparty patching and update services (WSUS SUP etc..
- Exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication time management and customer support skills.
- Knowledge of security best practices for software packaging and deployment.
- Experience using version control tools like GitHub (preferred)
