Job Title:Architectural Technologist / Technician
Location:StratforduponAvon
Salary:Up to 38000
Aztrum is delighted to be working with a successful and forwardthinking Architectural practice based in StratforduponAvon. Due to a growing workload they are now seeking a motivated and technically strong Architectural Technologist / Technician to join their team and work on a variety of exciting residential and commercial projects from concept through to completion.
Key responsibilities for the Architectural Technologist / Technician:
Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for planning building regulations and construction.
Assist in managing workloads and meeting project deadlines.
Coordinate with consultants contractors and clients across different project stages.
Attend meetings and conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with contract documentation.
Support architects and architectural assistants across multiple live projects.
Key requirements for the Architectural Technologist / Technician:
A degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years postqualification experience.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations.
Excellent communication organisational and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and construction methodologies.
A proactive collaborative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
