Job Description

Patient/Staffing Logistics Specialist

Fastpaced highvolume clinic looking for a top skilled Patient/Staffing Logistics Specialist

Work location: 612 East Lamar Blvd Suite 200 Arlington Texas 76011

Work environment:Central Staffing and Patient Logistics

Work hours: PRN; 12Hour shifts as needed

Heres What You Need:

High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

Two years of experience in an Office or Healthcare environment (REQUIRED)

What You Will Do:

Collaborate with entity administrative supervisors patient logistics patient access and all direct admit sources to ensure proper patient placement

Maintain expertise in bed management system to assign beds and communicate information to sending and receiving areas

Take incoming calls from entity and CSO staff regarding absences and/or late arrivals

Contact CSO employees or available entity staff to fill open shifts

Proactively work to fill gaps in upcoming schedules
