About the Role:
As a Market Intelligence Analyst you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market strategy by providing deep insights into industry trends competitor movements customer needs and emerging opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with Sales Business Development Marketing and Product to deliver actionable intelligence that enhances our positioning and accelerates our growth in key markets.
What Youll Do
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends emerging technologies market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Customer & Buyer Insights: Analyze customer behaviors pain points and buying criteria to refine targeting strategies and value propositions.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Support: Provide data-driven insights to optimize sales playbooks marketing campaigns and product positioning.
- Industry Benchmarking: Track key metrics across the AI infrastructure landscape including pricing adoption trends and technology advancements.
- Intelligence Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards reports and presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Business Development Marketing and Product teams to translate intelligence into tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Emerging Trends & Opportunities: Identify new market segments partnership opportunities and whitespace areas to drive future growth.

Who You Are
- 5 years of experience in market intelligence competitive analysis or strategy within the technology industry (AI cloud computing or enterprise software preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization modeling and market research methodologies.
- Proficiency in competitive intelligence tools market research platforms and CRM analytics.
- Ability to distill complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive teams.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for AI and emerging technologies.
The base salary range for this role is $83000 to $110000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
