What Youll Be Doing
Lead the Sales Team: Manage and inspire the new car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Inventory Management: Oversee and optimize new car inventory ensuring an excellent selection for customers.
Customer Experience: Deliver a luxury sales experience that exceeds customer expectations fostering relationships and longterm loyalty.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to maximize performance and profitability.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including finance service and marketing to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
Training & Development: Mentor coach and train sales team members to excel in their roles and grow within the company.
What Were Looking For
Experience: Proven track record as a New Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry Audi experience strongly preferred.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead inspire and hold a team accountable to achieve goals.
Customer Focus: Strong understanding of Audi customers and their expectations.
Sales Expertise: Exceptional sales skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fastpaced environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for Audi Vehicles: Knowledge and enthusiasm of Audi vehicles and the luxury automotive market.
