Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are currently seeking Warehouse Freight Handlers/Unloaders to join our team in Hesperia CA. The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting with warehouse operations unloading freight and accurately scanning products. This position offers a pay range of $17$22 per hour with opportunities to earn up to $24 per hour based on production efficiency.
**Location:** Hesperia CA
**Pay:** Earn up to $24 per hour (production based pay) with a minimum of $17 per hour.
**Shift:** 1st Shift and 2nd shift full time. Monday to Friday 6:30 am 3:00 pm and 3:30pm 12 am or until work is completed). Occasional overtime may be required during peak seasons.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist with receiving unpacking and organizing incoming shipments.
Accurately scan products using barcode scanners.
Stack products on pallets following proper operating procedures.
Stage pallets for loading at designated outbound dock locations.
Secure loads for transit by shrinkwrapping products manually or using machines.
Ability to lift 3551 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods.
