SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support and coordination from point of opportunity through project closeout so that the Salesperson can grow their business and retain clients with perfectly executed projects. Collaborate with crossfunctional leaders and employees to share knowledge and improve outcomes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Problem Solving Reduce human struggle and waste. Highlight track and help solve problems. Use the following framework for problem solving Document Current Condition Share and test knowledge and ideas that improve the quality and speed of workflow.
Performance Provide project and customer appropriate solutions which help us win and retain customers. Assist with product / solution specifications proposal preparation pricing negotiations and client presentations. Prepare quotes for order entry. Address change orders punch list items product returns and credit memos. Coordinate communication and project status with internal and external project stakeholders. Prepare installation packets for all noncomplex projects. Response times and quality of internal and external communications and deliverables must meet or exceed customer expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES: Three years experience in a similar or related field. Strong product and technical knowledge of major contract furniture manufacturers preferred.
