- Responsible for the daytoday operation of Resort Pool Pool Day Club and Pool After Dark.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Works with Entertainment and other marketing areas ensuring promotions and talent booked fits targeted demographic and are promoted through appropriate marketing channels
- Responsible for the supervision of all staff. Ensures proper staffing and service levels are maintained
- Actively solicits new clientele; continuously evaluates and identifies potential business from existing and new clients.
- Responsible for Board of Health standards cleanliness organization exceptional guest service and safe conditions
- Responsible for all DGE State City regulations relating to his/her areas of responsibility.
- Ensures staff behavior service provided to guests and appearance follow established policy.
- Responsible for training developing mentoring and evaluating job performance of staff.
- Maintain an appropriate individual training program with all staff members ensuring a personalized interaction with each staff member to provide legendary leadership and Family Style Service.
- Ensures all disciplinary actions and performance reviews are completed and handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensures that customer problems/complaints are handled in an effective courteous manner.
- Responsible for planning and executing catered events. Works with WCC staff to execute all functions.
- Collaborates with Sales Food &Beverage and Catering to ensure flawless execution for all events.
- Coordinates with Marketing and Food & Beverage departments to ensure flawless execution for all events
- Keeps direct reports well informed and meets with each of them on a weekly basis.
- Enhances Pool revenues by developing activities cabana salesmanship and maximizing food and beverage sales
- Understand commercial awareness in interactions with management and department members.
- Works with Spa to ensure proper POS and guest amenities are maintained at all locations
- Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
- Champion within the organization a commitment to honesty integrity and responsible corporate behavior.
- Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
- Leads the department with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws regulations and Company policies.
- Responsible for all outside vendor relationships including but not limited to promoters beverage partners 3rd party mechanics/technicians menu companies chemical companies etc.
- Ensures all onboarding processes are handled and completed in a timely manner
- Communicates with Director of Food & Beverage and remains in alignment with the overall food & beverage strategy
- Provides direction to the Pool Management staff and ensures that all Pool activities and job duties are performed according to established company and departmental policy and procedures
- Implements and oversees inventory control procedures. Develops systems that ensure par stock waste is minimal.
- Maintains proper checking and cash handling procedures
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Minimum two years experience in a highvolume multifaceted hospitality operation or hotel/country club pool. Red Cross Certified in CPR and First Aid POM Pool Director Certified
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent leadership time management interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask as well as manage multifaceted projects to successful conclusion
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Diverse fastpaced deadline driven multiproject coordination prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
