Description
The ROLE
As a Panel Beater at Hazell Bros you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of equipment from small cars to large earthmoving equipment trucks and buses!
- Commitment to maintaining highquality workmanship
- Perform a wide range of restorations to internal and external customer vehicles
- Assess damaged vehicles and determine the appropriate repair process
- Complete repairs in line with OEM standards job sheets and repair methods
- Use specialized tools and equipment to straighten reshape and align vehicle panels and structures
- Willingness and ability to support and mentor team members including apprentices.
- Maintain a safe clean and organised work environment adhering to all safety policies and procedures
About YOU
- Cert III in Panel Beating or close to obtaining your trade certificate
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment within a small team
- Willingness to work on a variety of plant and equipment
- Passionate about what you do and the quality of work that you produce
- Fibreglass experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Safety orientated with a positive cando attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
