LEAD BEHAVIOR THERAPIST / RBT If you have experience working with children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and are looking to advance your career we want you to be part of the SARRC team!
Your Role at SARRC Lead Behavior Therapists are an integral part of the SARRC team! Our Leads spend their days connecting and including individuals with autism in their homes schools and communities using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Additionally SARRC Lead Behavior Therapists provide clinical administrative support to monitor and evaluate client progress.

Experience and Education Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with a focus areas of education sociology special education or psychology is strongly preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
- One to three years of RBT experience working with individuals with ASD.

RBT Certification Registered Behavior Technician certification is required within 30 days of employment.
Transportation Requirement Behavior Staff are required to have reliable transportation to/from clients with a clean driving record (no more than 3 minor violations). Robust Benefits Package
