Job Description
Job Type: FullTime
Shift: Monday Friday 74
Expected Hours: 40
Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to revamp their quality department by developing and maintaining QA programs policies processes and procedures ensuring quality performance.
1. Direct and coordinate quality projects of major magnitude and scope.
2. Provides significant guidance and approval regarding technical strategies and approaches.
3. Develops and monitors department budgets in order to maximize investments increase efficiencies
and ensure the quality of our product.
4. Drives the development of department tools and methodologies.
5. Assures the adequate implementation of management objectives and develops strategic operational planning make recommendations for resource allocations
6. Train quality inspectors and technicians
A Bachelors degree in business or engineeringrelated fields is needed
10 years of quality experience
Minimum of five years of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
Has the ability to use scales read drawings and use calipers and other measuring tools
Understand the audit and validation processes
