The National Security Sector is seeking a highly motivated and tactical Developer Services Solutions Architect (SME) supporting Leidos Homeland and Force Protection Business Area. The candidate will support our Agile DevSecOps contract and be responsible for understanding customer needs to create applications. The ideal candidate will possess superior analytical and problemsolving skills operate independently with limited supervision and feedback be a strong team player and can establish solid working relationships with technical staff and peers within the division as well as our external Government customers. Experience in communications Agile and DevSecOps; hardware/software fabrication; Cloud platform system integration; and/or test and evaluation is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
Performs complex and advanced architecture work in design evaluation planning testing and operation in support of system development engineering analysis and research.
Leads in the integration of processes and methodologies to ensure the performance of the total system.
Works directly with senior technical personnel program managers and external organizations in the planning oversight execution and evaluation of multiple complex technical solutions related to a programs system and technical product development.
Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of scientific principles and practices in broad areas across one or more technical disciplines.
Maintains a liaison role for technical matters with staff and customers and acts independently on technical issues within his/her field of expertise.
Will support the ATO and accreditation processes.
Required Experience Skills and Education:
12 years of experience in programming software development systems design and cloud architecture.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related analytical scientific or technical discipline along with relevant field certifications.
Proven expertise in architecting software solutions based on customer requirements.
Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) including networking security and automated provisioning of application environments.
Skilled in engineering configuring and administering technologies such as Windows Linux and VMware.
Strong background in designing and implementing automated build and deployment pipelines and supporting platforms.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through design implementation and delivery phases.
Proficient in troubleshooting diagnosing and resolving technical functional and performance issues across large enterprise applications.
Experience supporting and maintaining 24/7 availability for platforms serving tens of thousands of users.
Desired Experience Skills and Education:
Amazon Web Services to include the build and deployment of Amazon Machine Images (AMIs)
Microsoft Azure Cloud to include the build and deployment of Azure Virtual Machines (AVMs)
GitLab
JFROG Artifactory
Splunk
Nessus Tenable Security Center
