Position Overview:
The Account Manager requires the ability to multitask have excellent time management skills above average interpersonal skills ability to work within a team a strong work ethic a positive attitude integrity and the ability to deliver on our promise of superior customer service. This position is to partner and communicate with the regional teams to ensure performance of all the routine sales preventative maintenance on equipment proper invoicing and documentation along with any repairs to equipment as needed while maintaining professional office standards. The ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge of NDT RVI and Unmanned Systems or experience within the Environmental industry. FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot Certification is required to be successfully obtained within 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities not limited to:
The Account Manager will be partnering with the Regional Account Manager to manage all primary office duties. This may include equipment management rentals sales repairs and calibrations of sUAS NDT RVI ENV and other duties as necessary.
This position is tasked with the management of inventory sales documentation procedures and policies.
Properly maintain all equipment along with the required office documentation related to the customers and the equipment. Track accessories execute sales & service support duties including equipment demonstrations as appropriate.
Maintain dress code safe and healthy work environment by following all company standards and
procedures complying with legal codes and regulations
Report damaged and or missing inventory and communicate deficiencies to Regional Account Managers and Branch Managers.
Execute and manage customer invoices for the assigned office branch. Receive and clean rental equipment to ensure documentation details accurately reflect procedural standards.
Sort organize and store inventory in the proper location and properly accounted for in reports.
Work with equipment vendors maintain logs work and calibration files.
Quote customers as required manage equipment inquiries order status and general questions. Ensure that customers are educated and understand expectations and contract obligations.
Assist with sales receiving and delivering equipment when appropriate. Receive Prepare and assist to complete terms of contracts for customer (load pack wrap label ship)
Qualifications & Company Core Values:
High School Diploma or equivalent degree such as a GED required.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills organizational and time management.
Exceptional teamwork organizational and problemsolving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Preferred experience knowledge and skills of NDT RVI ENV and or sUAS knowledge is a plus.
