Job Description
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Data Platform is a comprehensive system that facilitates the collection storage processing and analysis of IAM data within an organization. It acts as the backbone for managing data from diverse sources and supports datadriven decisionmaking. We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and assist in building and maintaining a robust data platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be tasked with designing developing and optimizing highquality industryleading technology products. Your seasoned contributions to an agile team will be crucial in delivering key technology solutions across various technical domains and business functions in alignment with the companys goals. Utilizing your extensive expertise and skills you will participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Job responsibilities
- Executes software solutions design development and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
- Creates secure and highquality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
- Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
- Gathers analyzes synthesizes and develops visualizations and reporting from large diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems
- Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
- Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
- Adds to team culture of diversity equity inclusion and respect
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3 years applied experience: developing debugging and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
- Handson practical experience in system design application development testing and operational stability
- Experience in PySpark Flask/Fast API Python
- Hands on Experience with IaC tools like Terraform
- Strong experience with AWS services such as S3 Redshift DynamoDB SQS ECS and Glue
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD tools such as Jenkins Github Application Resiliency and Security
- Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience with infrastructure modernization projects
- Experience working on agile environment
- Knowledge of networking and security best practices in cloud environments.
