Job Summary: This Warehouse Tech position is responsible for keeping supply areas clean organized and safe while ensuring all inventory is accurately managed and available when needed. Youll follow standard procedures to receive store and restock supplies check for expired items and help maintain the supply system. Clear communication with clinical staff and the Supply Chain team is key especially when addressing supply issues like stockouts or delays. You may also be asked to assist with other duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Replenishment & Inventory Management
- Oversee daily replenishment operations across hospitalbased clinical areas adjusting Bear Bin nodes and staging to ensure smooth workflows.
- Ensure accurate supply levels to meet clinical demand; proactively respond to supply usage patterns and disruptions.
- Manage product conversions and supply transitions; track and execute QCNs promptly to ensure system updates.
- Coordinate supply disruption communication with clinical staff Supply Chain and leadership.
Specialty Orders Implants & Tissue Management
- Manage and track specialty orders implants and tissue per regulatory and SOP standards ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Proactively resolve open orders and backorders; collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on substitutes changes and conversions.
- Communicate clearly with perioperative staff to minimize patient care impacts and ensure seamless supply operations.
Leadership & Staff Development
- Support Supervisor in managing schedules training and performance of surgical supply assistants and technicians.
- Provide staff coaching education and development; lead training for Supply Chain policies and perioperative staff engagement.
- Promote problemsolving accountability and high standards of performance and integrity.
- Participate in Value Analysis initiatives and performance improvement processes.
Analytics Audits & Optimization
- Analyze inventory reports and dashboards to optimize PAR levels and respond to demand shifts.
- Adjust and maintain PAR settings storage configurations and item selections for efficiency and cost control.
- Conduct regular audits of supply areas and present improvement strategies to leadership.
- Collaborate with distribution and clinical teams to refine supply operations and manage dedicated demand planning levels.
Communication & Customer Service
- Maintain proactive clear communication with perioperative and Supply Chain teams.
- Anticipate customer needs and follow up until resolved.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree preferred.
- 3 years experience in supply chain/distribution operations including experience leading a team.
- 3 years experience in healthcare supply chain/distribution operations or in perioperative areas and operations.
- Ability to analyze data to inform and execute actionable decisions.
- Demonstrates ability to apply critical thinking and problemsolving skills for improving efficiencies and operational activities.
- Ability to proactively address issues and implement solutions for resolution.
- Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions by projecting a positive attitude to the job workplace and others.
- Proficiency in using ERP Applications the Microsoft Office suite especially Word and Excel businesssensitive informationand CNHS intellectual property.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand and sit for extended periods of time crouch push/pull and lift up to 40lbs
- Ability to stand walk and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to perform basic functions on a handheld device with appropriate training.
- Ability to work nonpeak hours to complete inventory/Maintenace as needed.
