We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Treasury Management Portfolio Manager who will partner with Treasury Management Officers in managing retaining and growing the Treasury Management portfolio while providing exceptional customer service and support. The role includes troubleshooting online service issues onboarding new clients conducting product demos and collaborating on product development and efficiencies.
This is an inoffice position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Treasury Management Officers to manage retain and grow the Treasury Management portfolio.
- Maintain strong industry knowledge of products services fees deadlines and policies.
- Provide superior customer service and support for Treasury Management clients.
- Troubleshoot issues with online services such as Remote Deposit Capture ACH Origination and more.
- Understand operating requirements for each Treasury Management product and service.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and preparing the necessary documentation.
- Perform training and product demos for new and existing clients.
- Conduct regular product and account reviews including account analysis.
- Collaborate with teams on product development efficiencies and continued education.

Qualifications:
- Associates degree in finance accounting economics management business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of banking experience preferably in Treasury Management Retail Banking Online Banking or Operations.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
