We Offer

Responsibilities
As general labourer at our Calgary Reload Division you will:
- Assist with general yard clean up and maintenance
- Perform manual labour tasks and support operations
- Railcar cabling (center beams of lumber) pending Fall Protection certification
- General rigging shunting trailers forklift operation and pneumatic loading of trailers pending certification/training
- Work in adherence to all safe work practices procedures as well as all regulatory requirements
- Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency ofyardshop department or work crew
- Other duties as assigned by manager
You Possess
- Previous general labourer or forklift experience are an asset but not required
- Familiarity with power tools is an asset
- Good handeye coordination
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job (standing for periods of time climbing ladders lifting 10 20lbs etc.)
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Must be punctual and reliable
