Red Seal Technician
HourlyWage Range:
- Earnings:Flat Rate compensation structure of$18.45 to $37 per hour tailored to your experience certification and efficiency.
- Guarantee:To support stability a biweekly minimum income is guaranteed aligned with 64 flatrate hours.

Automotive Apprentice Technician
Embark on a rewarding journey towards becoming a Red Seal Technician with the support of Steele Auto Groups Road to Red Seal Program! We are committed to supporting our apprentices in the Automotive and Collision Trades as they navigate their apprenticeship blocks. We offer Level Bonuses and a Salary TopUp Plan for all Apprentices!
Level Bonuses:
- Level 1 to 4: Bonuses paid upon successful completion of each level
- Red Seal: Red Seal Certification Bonus
Salary TopUp Plan:
- Receive support to ease your financial burdens during each apprenticeship block
- Salary TopUp Plan provides a percentage of previous hourly rate while off work attending your block
