Federal Benefits Educators is a company based in Parker Colorado that educates Federal employees about their job benefits. We are looking for a real go getter who will be responsible for reaching out to and connecting with Federal employees to identify their questions and needs. From there you will set an appointment for the prospect with one of our financial producers from around the country.
Job Summary
Excellent opportunity to join a successful wellestablished insurance company looking to grow to the next level. The Appointment Setter will work on lead generation and development identifying potential clients and ensuring matches with financial professionals. A successful candidate will have experience engaging prospective clients a zeal for learning and developing and effective communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Research potential clients
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and potential client
Qualify leads by identifying their questions and needs.
Scheduling appointments for the prospects to meet with a financial professional.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all calls and appointments.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals.
Continuously improve processes to increase appointment setting efficiency.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support overall sales efforts.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
1 year experience in appointment setting scheduling or arranging events/meetings
Comfortable presenting and engaging inperson and virtually
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a strong work ethic
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
