Sr Specialist Member of Technical Staff

Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining CI/CD process for SaaS applications utilizing tools like Git Docker jFrog etc.
• Implementing and maintaining the infrastructure on Azure via scripts and tools such as Terraform.
• Containerization and orchestration of services using tools like Docker Kubernetes Ansible.
• Designing and developing automation templates/tools for infrastructure provisioning configuration & change management.
• Collaborating with development and production teams to identify and fix scalability and performance issues.
• Ensuring and improving system efficiency consistency performance by using data analytics
• Monitoring systems services and infrastructure to identify issues before they cause outages.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent softwareengineering role.
• Expertise in code deployment tools like Git kubernetes Jenkins Maven jFrog
• Working knowledge of databases like mySQL Elasticsearch MongoD
• Proficient in scripting languages like bash Python
• Working knowledge of cloud services like AWS Google Cloud or Azure.
• Sound understanding of system and application monitoring performance tuning.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelors degree or higher in STEM (Science Technology Engineering or Math). Inclusive of degrees meeting federal STEM classification codes.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with network protocols firewalls routing and security.
• Working knowledge of Linux OS
• Strong grasp of containerization virtualization and automation tools.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages: bash Python

Our Sr Specialist Member of Technical Staff earns between $122000.00 $183000.00 USD Annual not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
