Overview
Nelson Mullins is seeking aCommerical Real Estate Associateto join its corporate group in the Atlanta office. As an AmLaw100 firm this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate has experience in retail/shopping center industry.
A Day in the Life
You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels. The Atlanta office itself is located at Atlantic Station a brownfield reclamation and mixedused development that houses everyday amenities including alternative transportation options within walking distance.

We Know You
You have 24 years of meaningful experience in thearea of commercial real estate law including the acquisition leasing and development of real estate in a variety of asset classes such as office retail restaurant industrial and mixeduse properties.A concentration in and exposure to the retail/shopping center industry would be helpful. You are prepared to focus your practice and are knowledgeable in representing national and regional investors developers sponsors and restaurant operating companies and tenants. You possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing analytical and communications skills. You are detailoriented have legal project management experience and are a member(in Good Standing) of the Georgia Bar or are willing to seek admission to the Georgia Bar.
