Support Worker ASC Day Service (full time or part time)

We offer a choice of activities that meet peoples aspirations needs and preferences thus offering a very individual programme with support from a highly skilled and dedicated staff team.

The Role

Hedleys Horizons is part of Adult Services which support individuals to participate in a variety of activities and enterprise sessions. It offers a busy vibrant and varied environment that supports disabled adults with autism communication and sensory impairments and complex needs. On offer is a wide choice of activities that meet peoples aspirations needs and preferences thus offering a very individual programme with support from a highly skilled and dedicated team.

We are looking to recruit support workers to be based in Hedleys Horizons at our Hub in Killingworth experience of working with individuals with ASC would be essential with a minimum of 2 years experience. This site offers a provision to meet the needs of adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions.

You would be based at Killingworth but there are two key locations Forrest Hall and Killingworth and the expectation is for you to be flexible to work across sites.

The role will involve working full days. For part time applicants the days would be agreed dependent on service requirements.

Mondays 8.45am 4.15pm

Tuesdays 8.45am 4.00pm

Wednesdays 8.45am 4.00pm (6.00pm once every 4 weeks)

Thursdays 8.45am 4.00pm

Fridays 8.45am 4.00pm
